Work with Bay Area Recycling for Charities to make your event zero waste.  We work with individuals, companies, and organization to create zero waste events of all sizes.  We do huge festivals like the Traverse City Film Fest, or the Bay Shore Marathon.  We help couples manage waste for their dream weddings.  We also help people with small family reunions in the park or graduation parties in the backyard.  There is no event is too big or too small, we have solutions for them all.  Starting with DYI all the way up to full-service event waste management, whatever your needs, we have you covered.  If you are ready to get started, please fill out the form below.

Options & Pricing

DIY Make any event Zero Waste

You simply pick up the compostable serviceware and recycling bins from our Traverse City location, enjoy your event, and return the bins and bagged up waste to us after the event. We recommend setting up one a two-bin zero waste station for every 50 people.

The fee is $50 per two-bin station ($25 per single bin).

DIY with BARC Delivery & Pick-up

We make hosting a zero-waste event a breeze. DIY plus BARC delivers everything you need to your location. We bring all your requested materials, set up the bins before your event and pick-up the bins and bagged up waste after. No fuss, no muss!

The fee is $50 per two-bin station, plus $100 for delivery/pick-up.

Full Service Zero Waste

We've got you covered with Full service zero waste management. Typically this service is for weddings but can be applied to any event. BARC will not only deliver all your products, but we will have staff on hand during the event to help sort all the materials. We are on site for the day and control the waste from 2pm to 2am.

The fee for Full Service is $800.
