Community Education

Engaging and Energizing our Community

Spreading Green Knowledge

In addition to providing comprehensive recycling services, eco-friendly products and zero-waste event support, Bay Area Recycling for Charities is also a leader in local green education. We work hard to spread knowledge about recycling, composting, and other green principles and practices throughout the communities we serve.

Speaking Engagements

Looking for a dynamic and topical–and free–speaker at your next event or gathering? We’d love to come and share BARC’s collective decades of hard-earned green knowledge with your participants or members. Please reach out to us at info@mybarc.com to schedule a speaking event today!

Education Committee

To further our goal of spreading green knowledge throughout the communities we serve, BARC has created an all-volunteer Education Committee. To learn more or to join, please email jordan@mybarc.org

Resource Library

We’re working hard to put together a free digital resource library of green knowledge. How does this recycling process work? Where can I recycle that? BARC’s Resource Library will eventually answer these questions and many more. It will be a great one-stop tool for everyone from die-hard environmental advocates to budding recyclers. Stay tuned for more details!
